Vintage Longines Weems RAF 1940's SS Pilot mens watch

Recently overhauled, this 1944 Longines Weems Pilots watch is in excellent working order. It is 17 jewel 10L and was invoiced on 4 February 1944.

It is a smaller Weems pilots watch, measuring 28mm. It belonged to my father, who was a pilot with Pan American Work Airways for 38 years, and features the inscription PAA 42-80 on the back casing. (I also have the serial number). The watch is manually winding, and is not water resistant.
